Within Pakistan:

  • Standard delivery time: 2–5 business days (depending on your location).

  • Remote areas may take up to 7 business days.

International Orders:

  • Currently, we do not offer international shipping. (If you start in future, this line can be updated easily.)

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order weight.

  • Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly mentioned on our website or banners.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (if applicable).
You can use this number to track your parcel’s delivery status with our courier partner.

5. Delayed or Lost Packages

Although we work with trusted courier partners, delays may occur due to:

6. Wrong or Damaged Items

If you receive a wrong or damaged item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order details and product photos.

7. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are correct while placing your order.
We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
