At Icover Hijab, we value our customers and strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns or exchanges only if:

The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

The return request is made within 7 days of receiving your order.

The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
For hygiene reasons, certain items such as scarves, hijabs, undercaps, and accessories cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are damaged or faulty upon arrival.
2. How to Request a Return

3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method (or store credit, if requested).

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or the wrong product was delivered.
If you need an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
5. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed or shipped.
Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
